Hello Ashik,

Tin yous actually open and run your PowerApps itself without embedding information technology into D365FO?

Can you also provide some boosted data on the tables that your PowerApp uses? Were those entities created / adapted by y'all?

Best regards,

Ludwig

Hi Ashik,

Check entity key on the entity and what kind of fields used there. There should not accept properties AllowEdit = No and Mandatory = Yeah at the same time. If they set to Auto, try to gear up AllowEdit = True and Mandatory = False

Hi Ashik,

Can yous attempt to take unique values for these names? E.g. 1 with PickingListLine (without due south) and the other with PickingListLines? Too ensure at that place is no other entity with the same values in these properties.

Mistake while adding data entity in Ability Apps

How-do-you-do all,

Finally managed to observe the solution for the effect.

While trying to connect to the required table/entity open the network tracer on the browser.

in the invoke call you should get the errorMessage that shows which field is causing the issue and why is that. This is the trouble for WarehouseOnHandV2 and similar issue was for my custom entity. It is related to the primary key defined on the entity.

  1. [{dresult: {,…}}, {seq: 31}]
    1. 0: {dresult: {,…}}
      1. dresult: {,…}
        1. errorMessage: "Primary key column 'ItemNumber' must be either read-only and optional or writable and required."
    2. 1: {seq: 31}
      1. seq: 31

As well this is forwarded to the Dynamics team of Microsoft and so hope they will fix this issue and nosotros will get more reasonable letters when things similar this happen.

Zoran

Fault while adding data entity in Power Apps

Hello Zoran,

Has Microsoft or the Dynamics team responded to you lot? Using certain entities in Ability Apps withal produces the mistake "Master key column '<col name here>' must be either read-only and optional or writable and required." as of seven/26/2021.

Did you notice a workaround that worked?

Thanks.
